LITTLETON, MA (7/10/2012) – Burk Technology promotes Daniel Roche to Technical Support Manager, and adds Miguel Perez to Technical Support.
A member of the Technical Support team for over four years, Daniel Roche now heads the department as Technical Support Manager. “Dan is an all-around expert on our whole product line, and has a great customer-first attitude,” said Jonathan Burk, Vice President. Dan is joined by Miguel Perez, the newest member of the team.
Burk Technology’s latest changes to Technical Support are part of an ongoing effort to increase capacity and responsiveness. “Having a dedicated Technical Support Manager will allow us to more efficiently make decisions to assist customers,” continued Jonathan Burk.
Burk’s other recent improvements to Technical Support include priority callback codes and an option to hold for the next available representative.
