- Improved Transient Protection on COM ports and G-bus Circuit – Protects against cascading of voltage surges between multiple I/O units, and provides better shielding from transients introduced via the serial line.
- New Flash Memory – Offers better reliability than NVSRAM, and does not require an integrated battery. This allows increased product shelf-life and extended out-of-service storage time.
- User-Replaceable Battery – Improves serviceability and increases shelf-life by allowing user replacement of the lithium battery used to backup the real-time clock and unit configuration.
- Improved Status Input Circuit – New status input circuit design adds hysteresis to the GSC3000 status inputs for more reliable status readings.
- Two Year Warranty – Gives your GSC3000 the same warranty coverage as a brand new unit leaving the factory.
- Latest Software & Firmware – Take advantage of the latest improvements and features with the most current release of Lynx software and I/O and Voice firmware. Your GSC3000 will be automatically upgraded to the latest firmware, and the latest version of Lynx will be provided to you at no additional cost.
