Lynx 5 adds power and flexibility to the GSC3000 and VRC2500 systems, providing site setup and configuration functions along with real-time monitoring, control, logging, automatic report printing, and on-screen history charting all by means of a customizable user interface. The ability to create multiple screen displays for each site means critical information can remain in plain view without sacrificing the option to view details. Drill-down displays provide an intuitive means to monitor many sites or many equipment types at once and an easy way to trace alarms to their source. For multi-site users, U.S. state and country maps are included for a geocentric view of all of your facilities.

Lynx 5 supports a limitless number of sites, and capably handles multiple connection methods. Operators can make use of full-time RS-232 links, LAN/WAN connection sharing, and direct TCP/IP using the GSC/VRC Web Interface. You can set up a backup connection to automatically activate if the primary is lost, and Lynx 5 will even switch back when the link is restored.
