Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional or Home Edition (Professional recommended), or Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 1
400 MHz or faster processor
128MB RAM
100MB free hard drive space
1024x768 (or higher) screen resolution recommended
Available COM port for direct connection
Modem for dial-up access
Network Interface Card or dial-up networking for LAN/WAN (TCP/IP connectivity)
Speakers for audible alarms
4 series firmware for GSC3000 and VRC2500. Older versions are not compatible.

Installation Instructions:

Note: Lynx 4 requires a CD key for installation. If you are upgrading from a previous version of Lynx 4, use your existing CD key. If this is a new installation, a CD key can be obtained by contacting customer support.

Double-click LYNX42316.exe to begin the installation. You do not need to uninstall previous versions of Lynx 4 to update to this version.
Enter your CD key when prompted. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

To run Lynx after the installation is complete, double-click the Lynx icon on your desktop.
