Same-Day Service:
Unless you tell us otherwise, your repair order ships back to you the same day we receive it, so your equipment is back in your hands as soon as possible.
Easy RA Process:
Contact Customer Support if you think your unit needs service. We will work with you over the phone or via email to troubleshoot your problem before recommending factory service. We will then provide you with an RA number if we determine that service is necessary.
Shipping Information:
Repair orders should be sent freight prepaid with the RA number printed on the outside of the package. On warranty repairs, we will pay for standard ground return shipping, or you can request expedited shipping at additional cost. For non-warranty repairs, we will ship the unit back via the same method you used inbound to us, unless you ask for a different method. Return freight for non-warranty repairs is added to the repair invoice.
Repairs for Lightning Damage:
Damage due to lightning and voltage surges is not covered by the factory warranty, and we charge the standard repair fee on those orders. We strongly recommend transient and overvoltage protection, especially on equipment connected to telephone lines.
