Dear Sirs:

I just want to thank the support department for their remarkably swift repairs to the Burk ARC-16 which we recently returned for repair.

This unit was in bad shape. It had taken a lightning hit, and it wouldn't even boot up. I had my doubts whether it could be repaired at all.

I tracked the package thru the shipper... it was delivered to Burk at 11:30 am, and the repairs were completed by 4 pm that afternoon. It arrived at our facility the next morning. The unit is back in service, working perfectly.

I honestly have never enjoyed this level of technical support from any other company. Your support department should be proud of the fine job that they do.
