Burk Firmware Loader version 2.0.3.0 is now available for updating firmware in Burk Technology products. Changes from version 1.3.1 to 2.0.3.0 are highlighted below.

• Multi-site firmware update for ARC Plus and Arcturus units
• Automatic backup and restore of ARC Plus and Arcturus configuration

To install the new software:

Visit www.burk.com/downloads, select the Burk Firmware Loader support page and download the compressed folder Burk Firmware Loader 2.0.3.0.zip. Extract and run the executable file BurkFirmwareLoader_2.0.3.0 exe. Detailed release notes are included in the compressed folder. The Burk Firmware Loader Manual can also be downloaded from this web page.
