ARC Plus Touch and ARC Plus SL systems running version 5 firmware can now be upgraded with firmware version 5.0.20.1. Changes from firmware version 5.0.17.3 to 5.0.20.1 are highlighted below. Detailed descriptions of these changes can be found in the Release Notes document included in the firmware download package. This version of ARC Plus firmware requires use of AutoLoad Plus version 3.1.137 or higher and AutoPilot^®. version 4.2.4.6 or higher.

• Selective monthly Jet Flowchart and Macro scheduling
• Enhanced calendar scheduling options for Macros
• Macro command added to enable or disable alarm monitoring

Changes from firmware version 5.0.17.3 to version 5.0.19.5

New Features and Enhancements

• Emails can now be automatically sent when alarms are no longer active.
• Increased maximum value for web interface timeout
• Added support for unsigned integer data types using SNMP SET commands
• Added support for Arcadia
• New conditionals statements added to Jet Active Flowcharts and Macros
• An event is now logged whenever a meter channel is calibrated.
• Warp Engine connections now track the number of uncleared alarms.

Resolved Issues

• Jet Active Flowchart storage on the ARC Plus is no longer cached.
• The ARC Plus ignores non-numerical characters in SNMP strings.
• Virtual equations can now directly reference timer channels as operands.
• SNMP agent Set command values to the ARC Plus are String type.
• Macros shown on the display no longer appear offline.
• The next capture time is now properly calculated.
• Commands now honor the version flag for an SNMP device.
• Site name was removed from the channel bank drop-down menu.
• The ARC Plus site name is now displayed in link lost alarms.

• Visit www.burk.com/downloads and select the Burk Firmware Loader support page.
• Download and install Burk Firmware Loader 1.0.10 or higher.
• Download Manual – Burk Firmware Loader and follow the instructions for updating the ARC Plus firmware.
