The built-in temperature probe on the new Rev B Humidity Sensor offers improved temperature measurement accuracy of ± 0.5° C from -10°C to 65° C. Now through March 31, 2016, you can return your existing (Rev A) Humidity Sensors for a free upgrade to Rev B specifications.

To receive your free sensor upgrades:

• Contact Burk Technology by email at sales@burk.com or by phone at 978-486-0086 x700 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
• Ship your existing Rev A sensors prepaid to Burk Technology, 7 Beaver Brook Road, Littleton, MA 01460.Be sure the RMA number is visible on the outside of the package.
• Your sensors will be upgraded to Rev B and returned.

To make use of the new Rev B sensors, it is necessary to install firmware version 1.1.0 or higher in your system’s Built-In Module and any installed Sensor (Analog) Modules. Details on this firmware upgrade can be found in Technical Bulletin – Firmware Support for Rev B Humidity Sensors.
