Description of Job Opening

The Technical Support Representative provides telephone and email technical assistance to users of Burk Technology products and performs other functions including identification of product issues, product validation testing and other tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will have experience in telephone technical support for IT, communications or a related technical product area. Experience in radio or TV broadcast is a plus.
