All ARC Plus versions can now be upgraded. 

ARC Plus Touch and ARC Plus SL systems running Version 5 firmware can now be upgraded with firmware version 5.0.5.1. Changes from firmware version 5.0.3.5 to 5.0.5.1 are highlighted at the following link: Product Update ARC Plus 5.0.5.1. Detailed descriptions of these changes can be found in the Release Notes document included in the firmware download package.

ARC Plus Touch systems running Version 4 firmware can now be upgraded with firmware version 4.0.2.0. Changes from firmware version 4.0.1.20 to 4.0.2.0 are highlighted at the following link: Product Update ARC Plus 4.0.2.0. Detailed descriptions of these changes can be found in the Release Notes document included in the firmware download package.

ARC Plus systems running Version 2 or Version 3 firmware can now be upgraded with firmware version 3.0.2.3. Changes from firmware version 3.0.1.60 to 3.0.2.3 are highlighted at the following link: Product Update ARC Plus 3.0.2.3. Detailed descriptions of these changes can be found in the Release Notes document included in the firmware download package.

To install the new firmware

1) Visit www.burk.com/downloads and select the support page for ARC Plus Touch, ARC Plus SL or ARC Plus.

2) First download and install AutoLoad Plus version 3.1.91 or higher.

3) Then download the zip folder titled ARC Plus 5.0.5.1, ARC Plus 4.0.2.0, ARC Plus SL 3.0.2.3 or ARC Plus 3.0.2.3 depending on the version of your ARC Plus system.

4) From this zip folder, extract and save the Release Notes pdf file, and the firmware file ArcPlus_5_0_5_1.bin, ArcPlus_4_0_2_0.bin, ArcPlusSL_3_0_2_3.bin or ArcPlus3_0_2_3.bin.

5) At the Windows Start Menu, navigate to All Programs > Burk Technology > AutoLoad Plus > ARC Plus Firmware Loader. 

6) Launch the ARC Plus Firmware Loader and browse to the saved firmware (.bin) file to complete the installation.

7) If you are using AutoPilot software in conjunction with this ARC Plus, download and install AutoPilot 2.10.55 or higher from the AutoPilot support page at www.burk.com/downloads.
